R.I.P. Chewbacca
All dogs are the best dogs but our Wookiee was even better. He had the power to bring down deer, but yet the soft touch to carry turkey eggs two at a time. He was our protector from everyone and the caretaker that raised five puppies. He loved to chew and earned his nickname Chewy carrying his toys three at a time. No dog ever went inside easier than him, but that was just so he could get back to his toys. He was the best puppy we have ever trained and made it even easier training new puppies.
He lived 13 years and they were the best years of our lives. As sad as we feel the memories of him bring smiles through the tears and they always will. Chewbacca you may no long by our side, but you will forever be in our hearts.
